Jacopo Ballerini is an Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, and Social Media Marketing lecturer at the University of Turin and Ecole de Management Leonard de Vinci Paris, and a Ph.D. candidate in Business and Management, in a joint program between the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Turin. He has been a marketing professional with years of steady international managerial experience as a Product Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager in multinational corporations and unicorn start-ups such as Sony Electronics, Manomano, and Emplifi. He authored several scientific publications in international journals, amongst which Journal of business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Information Management, and Journal of Product & Brand Management. He is a member of the International Journal of Electronic Trade editorial board.
