Obiettivi formativi
Il corso si propone di fornire strumenti teorici, culturali e metodologici per l'analisi dei bisogni, dei valori, delle emozioni, delle aspettative e dei comportamenti dei consumatori. Tali conoscenze sono indispensabili all'interno del Marketing e fondamentali per una migliore comprensione del funzionamento del l’impresa e delle proprie scelte strategiche all'interno di un ecosistema complesso.The course aims to provide theoretical, cultural and methodological tools for the analysis of consumer needs, values, emotions, expectations and behaviours. Such knowledge is indispensable within Marketing and fundamental for a better understanding of the functioning of the company and of its strategic choices within a complex ecosystem.- Oggetto:

La formazione a vocazione gestionale e strategica del Corso di Laurea in Direzione d’Impresa, Marketing e Strategia sarà pertanto arricchita dalle seguenti competenze:Conoscenze e capacità di comprensione analitica
Al termine del l’insegnamento si dovrà essere in grado di:
- descrivere l'evoluzione delle teorie del comportamento del consumatore
- comprendere i macro ed i micro trend di cambiamento nei consumi
- comprendere di quali bisogni informativi sui comportamenti dei consumatori l'impresa ha bisogno
Utilizzazione delle conoscenze e capacità di comprensione
Al termine del l’insegnamento si dovrà essere in grado, grazie all'analisi di case studies e ad esercitazioni effettuate in gruppo, di:
- svolgere ricerca empirica sul consumatore
- analizzare dati di ricerca empirica sul consumatore
- individuare le migliori implicazioni per il marketing
Abilità comunicative
Al termine dell’insegnamento occorrerà aver sviluppato, attraverso presentazioni effettuate in aula:
- la capacità di presentare e descrivere dati di ricerca sul consumatore
- la capacità di descrivere l'effetto che i risultati di ricerca potrebbero avere sulle strategie aziendali

- describe the evolution of consumer behavior theories
- understand the macro and micro trends of change in consumption
- understand what information needs on consumer behavior the company needs

At the end of the course, thanks to the analysis of case studies and group exercises, students must be able to:
- carry out empirical research on the consumer

- identify the best choices for marketing

At the time of teaching it will be necessary to have completed, by presenting oneself in the classroom:

Modalità di insegnamento
L'insegnamento è s trutturato in 35 ore dididattica frontale. Utilizzeremo diversi tipi di materiali e approcci in questo corso per illustrare i fenomeni di comportamento dei consumatori e per farci riflettere sulle implicazioni gestionali e progettuali di tali risultati.
Il materiale del corso includerà diapositive delle lezioni, discussioni, articoli, video, analisi di diversi casi e relatori ospiti.La modalità d'insegnamento rientra pertanto nel lo Scenario 2 – lezioni sincrone senza
registrazione. La frequenza non è obbligatoria ma fortemente consigliata.Nel caso la situazione pandemica lo richiedesse le modalità di insegnamento potrebbero variare, sulla base delle indicazioni fornite dal Rettore.
The teaching is structured in 35 hours of frontal teaching. We will use different types of materials and approaches in this course to illustrate the phenomena of consumer behavior and to make us reflect on the managerial and design implications of these results.
Course material will include lecture slides, discussions, papers, videos, case studies and guest speakers.The teaching method is therefore part of Scenario 2 - synchronous lessons without
registration. Attendance is not compulsory but strongly recommended.Should the pandemic situation require it, the teaching methods may vary, based on the indications provided by the Rector.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
La modalità d'esame per questo insegnamento è la seguente: esame scritto in presenza (domande chiuse e 3 domande aperte), durata 60 minuti + lavoro di gruppo. Il lavoro di gruppo può essere sostituito dai 3 paper caricati su Moodle. Il voto sarà espresso in trentesimi. Voto esame scritto: fino ad un massimo di trenta trentesimi oltre all'eventuale lode.Parametri di valutazione: capacità di organizzare discorsivamente la conoscenza;
capacità di ragionamento critico sul lo studio realizzato; capacità di fare collegamenti tra i diversi argomenti trattati; qualità del l ’esposizione.The exam for this course will be as follows: written exam in person (closed questions and 3 open questions), duration 60 minutes + group work. The Group work can be replaced by the 3 papers uploaded to Moodle. The final mark will be expressed out of thirty. Written exam mark: up to a maximum of thirty in addition to any honors.Evaluation parameters: ability to discursively organize knowledge; critical reasoning skills on the study carried out; ability to make connections between the different topics covered; quality of the presentation
